The town just thought they got rid of the turkeys!! Kiwanis Cash Cow Art Show will feature turkeys and some of them are very cute. There will be pigs and chickens and cows as well. Look for them around town starting June 1st.

I think the blonde lady and the older lady who work there treat people unfairly, Ive lived in La Conner for several months and am enrolling in College. I am staying in a house with friends. I have attempted to get a card twice and they ve refused me based on, I cannot provide a bill stub for LaConner. It really hinders those that need the library for reference materials to get ahead. Ive talked to Mt Vernon library and theyve been kind and helpful. Its just sad the library where I live is so difficult.
